Prototype seems to be another version of what we saw with Crackdown on the Xbox 360. By another version, what I mean is another sandbox open world destructible environment, playing as a character with extraordinary powers. Besides that though, the games are completely different, and Prototype is shaping up to give you a much more satisfying play.

You take on the role of Alex Mercer , aka ”The Prototype”, who for some reason or another has the amazing ability to shape shift. This means taking on the physical characteristics of anybody you meet on the street. No only can you transform your body too look like someone else, you’re able to transform in to different creatures. Alex remembers nothing about his past it seems, and the only way to find out, is through they people that are hunting him. Climb buildings, jump off cars and steal tanks to make your way around New York city discovering the secrets that lie with in you.
